The process of planning a session
I know from personal experience that trying to plan a photoshoot can be extremely overwhelming. It can feel like there are so many steps and hard decisions to make. That is why I laid out the process so you know exactly what to expect!
And if you have any questions along the way, I always encourage clients to send me a message! There are no such thing as stupid questions when it comes to planning a photoshoot.
STEP 01
Fill out the form
On the "contact" page, there is a box where you can make an inquiry for a session you are interested in. All of the information you need to share at this time is your name, email, how you heard about my business, what type of session you're interested in and any details you may want to share.
STEP 02
Planning & contract
Once I have recieved your inquiry, I will email you a pricing guide that breaks down my packages for the type of session you're wanting, as well as a questionnaire that asks more specific questions relating to your ideal session. This allows me to better understand what you're envisioning for your photoshoot. The questionnaire will also ask for your availability and if you know which package you are interested in.
After the planning the specifiics of your session, I will create a contract that outlines the details of your session. It will be emailed to you and you will be able to read through it and sign electronically.
STEP 03
Picture time
Now the fun part (at least for me)!! I will send you a message the day of, confirming our session. I will arrive to the designated location 10-15 minutes prior to our scheduled start time to get my equipment set up. Then we can begin the session!
STEP 04
Delivering photos
As of now, my turn around time is 2-4 weeks. You will recieve an email/text with the link to your gallery. All of the photos that were edited will be in that gallery, and there will be instructions for how to download your photos to your devices. Galleries can be shared with your family and friends at any time!
